Collection of orders at our Pick-up Point is of No Charge. We’ll notify you once your order is ready and can be expected in 1-2 days from placing order.

Cape Town & Surrounds
Delivery fee of R60. (*Subject to change depending on size). Delivery can be expected within 2-3 working days from order.

Major Centers (Jhb, Dbn etc)
Delivery fee of R60* (*Subject to change depending on size). Delivery can be expected within 4-5 working days from placing order.

Regional and Other Areas

Returns & Cancelation Policy

Cannabis Product Variability: Please note that each cannabis product may vary slightly in appearance and size, especially according to season. The images used on our website are for illustration purposes only. By placing your order, you acknowledge that you are fully aware of the product details as described on our website.

Returns on Cannabis Products: Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on cannabis items. If you are not entirely satisfied with the condition of your product upon receipt, please email us a picture of the product, its label, and your reason for dissatisfaction within 24-48 hours of delivery. We will review your case and work with you to resolve the issue.

Cancellation of Cannabis Products: You may cancel your order provided that it has not yet been dispatched from our headquarters. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately to check the status of your order and process the cancellation if possible.

Policy on Compromised Products Upon Arrival: For any products that arrive in a compromised or unusable condition, credits or replacements will only be considered if you report the issue on the day of delivery. Please document the condition of the product upon arrival by sending us an email with detailed descriptions and a digital photo of the affected product on a plain background. Without this documentation, we are unable to offer credit or a replacement.

Cancellation of Non-Cannabis Items (Accessories, Apparel, etc.): Once your order for non-cannabis items has been processed, canceling or changing your order can be extremely difficult. If you must cancel or change your order and it’s within 3 hours after placing it, please email us at support@budking.co.za. We will assess the situation and inform you of the possible solutions.

Can I gift a product?

Yes, you can gift a product from CannAfrica to someone else! When placing your order, simply enter the recipient’s delivery details in the shipping address section. Please ensure that the recipient is of legal age to receive cannabis products and is aware of the delivery, as we may require age verification upon delivery.

We ask that you report the issue within 24-48 hours of delivery by sending us an email with detailed descriptions and a digital photo of the damaged or incorrect product.
